Monroe's Dad [sitting on porch steps with arm around Monroe]: Monroe, my boy...where did all the years go? One day you're old enough to start grade school, and now you're ready to graduate from college.     Monroe's Dad: Gosh, I remember when you still couldn't decide if you wanted to become a fireman or an indian chief!     Monroe's Dad: And you're making your life's decision for real.

Monroe: Yeah, Dad...and I've put a lot of thought into it, too.
Monroe: I'm gonna go for the indian chief.
