Radio [Banderoog is listening to it]: ...and now for the weather. This morning will be sunny and cool with a high in the low forties...     Radio: Follwed by periods of intense storm activity and temperatures in the upper eighties.     Radio: Snow expected for later this evening, possibly three to four inches worth. But then triple-digit temperatures will melt that by morning.     Radio: Right now, it's twenty degrees below zero at O'Hare, slightly lower in the suburbs.
